Tracey Childs-Blander , Practice Management Consultant, holds a BS Degree in Biology and a Master of Health Administration Degree from the University of South Carolina. Ms. Childs-Blander is also a Certified Professional Coder through the American Academy of Professional Coders.
She has held various medical management positions in the hospital and private practice settings. Ms. Childs-Blander specializes in operational and financial improvements in the private practice setting. She has a strong interest in the establishment of new private physician practices. She also has strong knowledge in billing and coding for the following specialties: Cardiology, Ob/Gyn, Internal Medicine, Family Practice, and Pediatrics.
The staff of HCBMS is proficient in the following practice management systems: EclinicalWorks, Greenway, MedcomSoft, Medisoft, Medware and Visionary. The staff also has strong knowledge of the billing cycle process for the major carriers.
