Initial Practice Assessments will consist of confidential interviews with physicians and staff, review of current policies and procedures and observation of office functions. The objective of this assessment is to identify problems in the areas of operational, financial and clinical aspects and provide solutions.

Assessment results will be provided directly to the physician requesting the engagement. Fees for all consulting work will be billed at an hourly rate or a flat project rate based on the work involved and agreed upon prior to start of the engagement.
